Job summary

The North Face in Wisconsin is seeking a Supervisor to support the store's leadership team and drive an exceptional customer experience. You will coach and develop associates, oversee daily operations, and ensure product flow from stockroom to sales floor in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead by example, monitor KPIs to achieve sales goals, and uphold brand standards while fostering an inclusive team culture.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; hands-on achievements valued.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high levels of personalized customer engagement and achieve sales goals.
• Coach and develop associates to deliver exceptional service and meet productivity goals.
• Supervise daily store operations including opening/closing and floor coverage.
• Support stockroom operations, inventory flow, and merchandising standards.
• Assist in training new team members and provide ongoing feedback.
• Maintain visual merchandising and ensure product replenishment aligns with brand directives.
• Promote community engagement and uphold safety and store policies.
• Foster an inclusive, collaborative store culture and leadership partnership with Store Manager.
