Job summary

The North Face in Wisconsin is seeking a part-time Supervisor to support the store leadership team and drive an exceptional customer experience. You will lead by example, coach associates, and ensure daily operations align with brand standards and store policies.

You will work with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to maximize sales, maintain visual merchandising, manage stock movement, and uphold safety and inclusivity in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example, coach and develop associates, and ensure operational excellence across customer engagement, merchandising, and store standards.
• Support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to maximize store profitability and foster an inclusive team culture.
• Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement and model selling behaviors.
• Supervise daily store operations including opening/closing, floor coverage, and task delegation.
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members and provide ongoing feedback.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product replenishment aligns with brand directives.
• Promote community engagement and uphold safety and loss prevention practices.
