Job summary

VF Corporation seeks a motivated Supervisor to join our Timberland retail team in a fast-paced environment. You will lead by example, coach associates, and ensure exceptional customer experiences across merchandising and store standards.

You will work with the Store Manager to maximize profitability, maintain visual standards, manage inventory flow, and support training. A minimum of 1+ years in retail leadership is required; high school diploma is essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement and service.
• Lead by example, coach and develop associates to meet productivity goals.
• Supervise daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures and floor coverage.
• Support stockroom operations by organizing inventory and processing shipments.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure timely product replenishment.
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members and provide ongoing feedback.
• Promote community engagement and uphold safety and store procedures.
