Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and coach associates to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Supervise daily store operations including opening/closing, floor coverage, and task delegation.
• Drive sales by monitoring KPIs and helping staff achieve goals.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and product replenishment.
• Support stockroom operations and loss prevention practices.
• Foster an inclusive, positive store environment and community involvement.
