Bath & Body Works in Roanoke, VA is seeking a Supervisor to work with the Store Manager to develop outstanding associates, deliver consistent customer experiences, and positively impact growth across the brand. You will lead talent, coach performance, execute store operations, and partner with the Sales Leadership Team to implement action plans.

The role requires shift coverage, opening/closing duties, and maintaining safety and store standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales and customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Prior supervisory experience in retail.
• Customer-first selling culture.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Ability to de-escalate store and customer situations.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Act as Manager on Duty to address customer experience, vendor relations, or maintenance issues.
• Partner with Sales Leadership to support action plans and execute operations.
• Perform opening and closing routines including bank deposits and receiving shipments.
• Set the direction and goals for the day/shift when associates arrive.
• Provide individual and team performance feedback to managers.
• Lead in-store experiences with selling behaviors and product knowledge.
• Create genuine connections with customers through uncovering needs and recommendations.
• Train, coach, and motivate associates to improve selling and service.
• Reinforce selling expectations, performance, results, accountability.
• Maintain safety and store appearance; assist with physical duties.
