Job summary

Vans is seeking a Supervisor to lead the store leadership team and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will coach and develop associates, model selling behaviors, and drive profitability while upholding brand standards and safety policies.

In partnership with the Store Manager, you will oversee daily operations, stockroom tasks, inventory integrity, and community engagement. This role suits someone who thrives in fast-paced retail and enjoys mentoring others.

Qualifications

1+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence across all levels.

Responsibilities

Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions.
Support the store team in achieving and exceeding sales goals by monitoring progress against key performance indicators.
Coach and develop associates to deliver high levels of customer engagement and meet productivity goals.
Supervise daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, floor coverage, and task delegation.
Assist in training and onboarding new team members; provide ongoing feedback and support.
