Job summary

Timberland, a VF Corporation brand, is seeking a Supervisor to support the store leadership team and drive outstanding customer experience. You will coach associates, manage daily operations, and ensure merchandising standards while partnering with the Store Manager to maximize profitability.

This role requires 1+ years of retail leadership, a high school diploma (associate degree preferred), and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Foundational leadership experience in a retail/store setting.
• Ability to coach, motivate and build diverse teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication with influence.
• Comfortable using word processing, spreadsheets, and retail software tools.
• Capable of standing for long periods and performing physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high level of personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions.
• Support the store team in achieving and exceeding sales goals by monitoring progress against KPIs.
• Model selling behaviors and foster a consumer-centric mindset.
• Coach and develop associates to deliver high levels of customer engagement.
• Supervise daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures and floor coverage.
• Assist in stockroom operations and ensure timely product flow to the sales floor.
• Participate in training and onboarding new team members; provide ongoing feedback.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and product replenishment aligned with brand directives.
