Job summary

Timberland in the United States seeks a Supervisor to support the store leadership team, drive exceptional customer experience, coach and develop associates, and ensure operational excellence across engagement, merchandising and store standards.

Working with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, you’ll help maximize store profitability, foster an inclusive culture, and lead by example in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• Proven ability to drive results through store teams and exceed sales and profit goals.
• Strong coaching, motivation, and ability to build high-performing, diverse teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; influence at all levels.
• Capable of working independently in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and coach associates to deliver exceptional customer engagement.
• Supervise daily store operations including opening/closing and floor coverage.
• Support stockroom operations and ensure timely product flow to sales floor.
• Maintain visual merchandising and ensure replenishment aligns with brand directives.
• Support inventory control, shipments, and loss prevention practices.
• Provide onboarding and ongoing feedback to new team members.
