Job summary

The North Face is seeking a part-time Supervisor in Colorado to drive a best-in-class customer experience. You will lead with the store team, coach associates, and ensure merchandising and store standards are met.

Work in partnership with the Store Manager to maximize profitability and foster an inclusive team culture in a fast-paced retail environment. Ideal candidates have 1+ years of retail leadership, a high school diploma or equivalent, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; hands-on achievements valued.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Support the store’s leadership team and drive customer experience.
• Coach and develop associates to meet productivity and sales goals.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures, floor coverage and task delegation.
• Assist in stockroom operations and ensure timely product flow to the floor.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and brand directives.
• Promote community engagement and uphold safety and procedures.
