Job summary

Vans is seeking a Supervisor to support the store leadership team, drive an exceptional customer experience, and help maximize profitability. You will coach associates, maintain merchandising standards, and ensure smooth daily operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires 1+ years of retail leadership and a High School Diploma or equivalent. The position is part-time with opportunities for incentive-based earnings and a comprehensive responsibilities plan aligned with Vans’

Responsibilities

• Deliver high level of personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions.
• Support the store team in achieving and exceeding sales goals by monitoring progress against KPIs and individual targets.
• Model selling behaviors and promote a consumer-centric approach.
• Coach and develop associates to meet productivity and customer engagement goals.
• Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing, floor coverage, and task delegation.
• Assist stockroom operations by organizing inventory and processing shipments for timely product flow.
• Contribute to training and onboarding of new team members with ongoing feedback.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure timely product replenishment.
• Support inventory integrity through accurate shipping/receiving and loss prevention practices.
• Promote community engagement by participating in local initiatives and events.
