Vans is seeking a Supervisor to support the store’s leadership team and drive an exceptional customer experience. You will coach and develop associates, supervise daily operations, and ensure merchandising and inventory flow align with brand standards.

You should have 1+ years of retail leadership in a fast-paced environment and a High School Diploma or equivalent. The role is part-time and offers incentive potential with base hourly pay.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high level personalized customer engagement.
• Support store team in achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Model selling behaviors and foster a consumer-centric mindset.
• Coach and develop associates to deliver high levels of customer engagement and meet productivity goals.
• Supervise daily store operations, including opening/closing and floor coverage.
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members; provide ongoing feedback.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product replenishment aligns with brand directives.
• Support inventory integrity through proper shipping, receiving and loss prevention.
