Job summary

Vans is seeking a part-time Supervisor to support the leadership team and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced retail setting. You will coach associates, uphold store standards, and drive profitability alongside the Store Manager.

You should have at least 1 year of retail leadership, a high school diploma, and comfort with word processing, spreadsheets, and retail software tools. Strong communication and teamwork are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred; hands-on experience and demonstrated achievements are valued.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions.
• Support the store team in achieving and exceeding sales goals by monitoring progress against KPIs.
• Model selling behaviors and foster a consumer-centric mindset through authentic customer interactions.
• Coach and develop associates to deliver high levels of customer engagement and meet productivity goals.
• Supervise daily store operations, including opening/closing, floor coverage and task delegation.
