Responsibilities

• Deliver high level of personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions.
• Support store team in achieving sales goals by monitoring progress against KPIs.
• Model selling behaviors and foster a consumer-centric mindset.
• Coach and develop associates to deliver high engagement and meet productivity goals.
• Supervise daily store operations including opening/closing, floor coverage, and task delegation.
• Assist in stockroom operations: organize inventory, process shipments, ensure product flow to floor.
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members; provide ongoing feedback.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure replenishment aligns with brand directives.
• Support inventory integrity through shipping, receiving, and loss prevention practices.
• Promote community engagement by participating in local initiatives and events.
• Uphold company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
