Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a retail environment or other relative experience, preferred.
• Strong team player with collaborative mindset.
• Clear communication skills for customer and team interaction.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to store standards.
• Basic computer skills and MS Office knowledge.
• Physical stamina to walk/move and lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide high standards of customer experience in-store.
• Process sales transactions accurately and securely at checkout.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization following visual guidelines.
• Assist with incoming/outgoing merchandise and stock levels.
• Support inventory counts and product availability.
• Adhere to all Policies, Procedures, and safety rules.
• Work non-traditional hours: weekends, evenings, holidays as needed.
