Job summary

IT’SUGAR is seeking a fun and dynamic Retail Assistant Store Manager to oversee store operations and achieve sales goals. You will lead a team, coach staff, and maintain the vibrant, high-energy environment IT’SUGAR is known for.

The role requires 2-3 years retail experience, strong customer service and coaching skills, and flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Expect a hands-on, fast-paced setting with exciting promotions and events.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2-3 years retail experience preferred.
• Sales and management experience in retail preferred.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to use a POS/cash register.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods; lift up to 25 lbs; up to 50 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations to meet sales objectives.
• Coach and train Sales Associates to maintain brand standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety, cash handling, and LP policies.
• Plan merchandising and coordinate events and promotions.
• Support recruiting and backfill for store positions.
