Job summary

Goodwill Greater Milwaukee & Chicago is seeking a Retail Supervisor to assist with store and donation center operations in Wisconsin. You will motivate staff to meet customer satisfaction, support merchandising efforts, and coach team members to deliver strong sales and donation flows.

The role requires supervisory experience and forklift certification, with a schedule including evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Two years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Forklift certification required/able to obtain.
• Must be able to work varied schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist with supervision of store and donation center operations.
• Motivate team to meet customer satisfaction and revenue goals.
• Support merchandising and coaching for engaging customer interactions.
• Oversee training and coaching of employees to maximize productivity.
• Ensure safe work environment and proper cash controls at POS.
• Assist with hiring and phone screens as needed.
• Maintain proper rotation of goods and ensure continuous flow of new merchandise.
