Gap Inc. is seeking a Retail Associate to support store leadership and deliver a best-in-class customer experience in our Kentucky location. You will educate customers about loyalty programs, model Gap selling behaviors, and collaborate with teammates to complete tasks efficiently.

Ideal candidates will be friendly, adaptable, and capable of lifting up to 30 pounds while maintaining high standards of customer service and compliance. Flexible shifts including evenings and weekends are required.

Responsibilities

• Support store leadership during non-peak hours with the customer as the focus.
• Collaborate with team to complete tasks promptly and efficiently.
• Develop and share knowledge about the product lifecycle.
• Assist with opening/closing checklists and after-hours tasks as needed.
• Leverage omni-channel to provide a frictionless customer experience.
• Ensure compliance standards are met.
