Gap seeks a customer-focused Retail Associate in Nashville to support store leadership and deliver a best-in-class customer experience. You will model Gap selling behaviors, assist with opening/closing tasks, and collaborate with teammates to ensure efficient operation and strong sales performance.

You will educate customers about loyalty programs, leverage omni-channel tools, and uphold compliance while maintaining a welcoming store environment and contributing to a positive team culture.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering best-in-class customer service.
• Ability to operate POS and loyalty programs.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Consistently treat all customers and employees with respect and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Promote customer loyalty by educating customers about our loyalty programs.
• Role model Gap Inc selling behaviors with every customer to deliver an exceptional experience.
• Support store leadership during non-peak hours with the customer as the primary focus.
• Collaborate effectively with employees to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Build and share expertise in the product lifecycle and inventory processes.
• Assist with opening and/or closing checklists and store procedures.
• Leverage omni-channel strategies to provide a frictionless customer experience.
• Ensure all compliance standards are met.
