Job summary

PUMA North America, Inc. is seeking an in-store professional to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales. The role requires coordinating with the Store Manager on staff development, payroll controls, and merchandising opportunities while maintaining strong inventory discipline.

Candidates should have 1–2 years in retail, strong communication, and a proven ability to exceed goals. The position involves non-traditional hours and a team‑oriented, fast-paced store environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years' experience in a customer service‑oriented retail environment (apparel/footwear preferred).
• Proven ability to exceed sales goals and present information to groups.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and use retail software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistently high standards of customer experience within the Store per brand values and service standards.
• Drive sales, KPIs and profitability through short- and long-term planning, expense control and service.
• Assist Store Manager with recruitment, training, development and succession of high‑performing staff.
• Manage payroll controls and scheduling to maintain profitability while delivering service.
• Delegate and communicate merchandise opportunities to Store/Assistant Manager; manage inventory and shrink goals.
• Handle incoming/outgoing merchandise and ensure accurate stock counts.
• Comply with all policies and procedures and maintain a safe, healthy store environment.
