Job summary

PUMA Group is seeking a Retail Stores Supervisor for Dawsonville, GA. You will oversee daily store operations, drive sales, and lead a team to deliver exceptional customer service in line with the PUMA Brand Values.

You will partner with the Store Manager to recruit and train staff, schedule shifts, and manage payroll to optimize profitability while maintaining high service standards. This role requires lifting up to 30 pounds and availability for non-traditional hours.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in a customer service oriented retail environment.
• Proven ability to exceed sales goals.
• Strong team player with leadership potential.
• Ability to learn quickly and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistently high standards of customer experience within the Store in accordance with Brand Values and service standards.
• Responsible for achieving or exceeding sales, KPIs and profitability goals through planning, expense control, sales and service.
• Assist the Store Manager with recruitment, training and development of employees.
• Manage payroll control and scheduling to maintain profitability while delivering high service levels.
• Communicate merchandise opportunities to Store Manager or Assistant Manager.
• Aim to achieve inventory and shrink goals; manage counts and processes.
• Handle and process incoming and outgoing merchandise.
• Comply with all Policies, Procedures and core operational competencies.
• Maintain a safe, healthy and compliant working and shopping environment.
• Work non-traditional hours; weekends, evenings, holidays; overtime may be required.
