Job summary

Lafayette 148 is seeking a Stylist to represent the brand and grow a client base in a premium luxury retail setting in Houston. You will provide expert product and wardrobing advice while delivering a memorable client experience.

Role requires 3+ years in premium to luxury selling, an existing client base is a plus, and the base pay ranges from $20.00 to $22.00 hourly. Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays to meet sales goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in premium to luxury selling environment.
• Existing client base/book preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintains deep connection with clients and drives repeat business to achieve sales goals
• Consistently delivers memorable in store experiences to all clients; plans client appointments to maximize results
• Inform clients on in-store events and new product deliveries to enhance their experience and increase engagement
• Skilled at using multiple channels of technology to strengthen existing relationships and drive new client acquisition
• Possess broad range of product knowledge across all categories of the brand, takes initiative to stay informed to maximize selling potential
• Demonstrate the ability to address a client’s total wardrobe needs across all categories
• Inform clients on brand services to ensure they can enjoy all Lafayette 148 has to offer
• Always puts the client first when resolving issues, exceeding expectations
• Support the operational functions within the store, operational functions may include: opening/ closing procedures, inventory, and daily revenue reporting
• Maintain merchandising and visual presentation standards, supporting the training and development of Stylist

Base Pay Range:

The base pay range for this position is $20.00-$22.00 hourly, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, and location.
