Job summary

GOODWILL OF CENTRAL FLORIDA seeks an Assistant Team Leader in Orlando to support the Team Leader in driving revenue, controlling expenses, and delivering world-class customer service. You will supervise staff, schedule labor, maintain store standards, and ensure compliance with Goodwill policies.

Key duties include cash handling, EOD reporting, donation flow oversight, loss prevention, and monthly leadership communications. Retail management experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent required.
• Five years retail management experience preferred.
• Three years supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team members and mentor staff.
• Maintain scheduling and labor alignment with budget.
• Handle cash, perform end-of-day reports and reconciliations.
