Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent is required.

• A minimum of five years retail and three years supervisory experience is required.
• Prefer working experience with people who have disabilities and/or previous Goodwill experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure 100% world-class customer service.
• Hire, train, develop, supervise and evaluate team members within Goodwill policies.
• Operate the store within budgeted expense to revenue ratios and by donors per square foot.
• Ensure proper handling and processing of donations according to policies.
• Schedule/maintain labor and payroll in accordance with policies.
• Maintain store image, safety, and security per policies.
• Order and maintain supplies and all property securely within budget.
• Prepare monthly store leadership reports and complete reports on time.
