• Basic computer skills with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Cash handling and POS/checkout operations.
• Merchandise processing and inventory rotation experience.
• Team supervision and scheduling exposure.

Responsabilités

• Provide 100% world-class customer service.
• Open/close duties including POS drawer assignments and cash handling.
• Process incoming donations and donor flow.
• Uphold loss prevention policies and risk management.
• Maintain neat, clean, and safe store environment.
• Support inventory control and rotation of apparel and hard goods.
• Maintain knowledge of merchandise and pricing.
• Complete cash reports, daily activity reports, and deposits.
• Participate in training and adhere to guiding principles.
