• 1–2 years of retail management experience with a similar scope.

• Embrace teamwork, flexibility, and courtesy while executing tasks.
• Ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 40 pounds; flexible scheduling including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Director & Associate Store Manager to impact business results with brand relevance.
• Own division of responsibility (Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling).
• Manage store operations, systems, and technology with accountability.
• Assist with recruiting, training and development as needed.
• Lead community engagement and events to build loyalty.
