You’ll provide feedback and coaching to the sales team to maximize performance and collaborate with the rest of the leadership team to adapt strategies for business success and ensure smooth operational support as needed.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail management experience
• Demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities
• Strong product knowledge and fashion trend awareness
• Ability to build brand loyalty and deliver exceptional customer service
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Director & Associate Store Manager to impact profitability through brand connection
• Own your division: Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling
• Manage store operations, systems, and technology with accountability
• Assist with recruiting, training and development as needed
• Collaborate with leadership to create a positive, collaborative work environment
• Ensure the team consistently exceeds goals and delivers best-in-class customer service
• Lead product knowledge sessions to boost associate confidence and customer connections
• Engage the community and plan events to build loyalty
• Step into various sales floor roles when needed
