Job summary

You will help manage inventory, cash handling, scheduling, and loss prevention while building a high-performing team. Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is required to align with store needs.

Qualifications

• Proven sales background and ability to meet sales targets.
• Demonstrated selling skills; outreach programs a plus.
• Experience supervising staff in a retail environment.
• Basic math and/or accounting skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with achieving store sales budgets and profitability.
• Model Lindt standards and lead staff to meet KPI's.
• Recruiting and training staff.
