Job summary

Goodwill-of the Southern Alleghenies in Latrobe, PA is seeking a Full-Time Team Lead for the Latrobe Store to assist the Store Manager with daily operations, drive performance, and ensure customer and donor needs are met. The role requires supervising staff, opening and closing the store, and maintaining secure cash handling.

Required: high school diploma or GED, 1 year in customer service and 6-12 months supervisory experience or as Team Lead Trainee; ability to obtain essential background

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in Customer Service with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Background checks including Act 151 Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance, Pennsylvania Criminal History Check and FBI Fingerprints.
• Supervision received: Store Manager; Supervision exercised: store employees.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with day-to-day store operations and performance.
• Open/close the store and manage daily deposits and cash handling.
• Address customer/donor needs and resolve complaints.
• Keep register stocked with adequate change and supplies.
• Supervise store employees.
