Qualifications

• Six months as a Liquor Store Clerk 1 or Intermittent Liquor Store Clerk (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration).
• Six months of retail sales work.

Responsibilities

• Shift Leadership: Guide the work of clerks and support smooth store operations
• Customer Support: Assist shoppers and help resolve product or service concerns
• Sales Processing: Operate the cash register and manage sales transactions
• Stock Management: Unload shipments, place products on shelves, and assemble displays
• Training Support: Show less experienced clerks how to follow store procedures and policies
• Report Completion: Prepare shift reports and address cash or inventory issues
