Responsibilities include supervising a department, coaching staff, ensuring proper store procedures, and helping drive profitability. You will collaborate with the store leadership team to implement policies and foster a professional store culture.

Formación

• Experience operating a Point of Sale (POS) system or in-store computer systems.
• Strong communication skills with the leadership team, associates, and customers.
• 2–5 years in a supervisory or similar role in retail settings.

• Oversee day-to-day work of associate-level staff.
• Provide direction, training, and coaching to ensure efficient store operations and customer service.
• Supervise department profitability through receiving, replenishing, and processing.
