Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Tulsa Inc in Bartlesville, OK is seeking a store manager to assist in running all phases of store operations and to provide an optimum shopping environment for customers. You will support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager I in daily duties to ensure efficient operation.

Qualifications

• Two years customer service experience, preferably in retail apparel management.
• Two years supervisory experience and merchandising skills.
• Must have insured vehicle to be used for store-related travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement plans to meet daily sales goals.
• Supervise merchandise arrangement and visual displays; manage area of responsibility.
• Act as manager on duty in the absence of Store Manager and Assistant Manager I.
• Ensure friendly, courteous customer service and respond to management requests.
• Assist with training and supervising client/trainees as directed.
