Goodwill Industries of Tulsa, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead our Tulsa store, overseeing daily operations, staff supervision, merchandising, budgeting, and customer service to ensure an optimal shopping environment.

This salaried, full-time role requires strong leadership, safety and loss-prevention focus, and the ability to coordinate merchandise flow with the production room and sales floor. The ideal candidate has five years of retail management experience, excellent interpersonal

Qualifications

• Five years of management-level experience in retail sales or a related environment, including a minimum of two years’ experience interviewing/hiring for entry-level positions.
• Experience managing merchandise, budgeting, and loss prevention processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with staff and customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage store's daily operations including sales floor and production room.
• Develop and implement sales, inventory, and staffing plans to meet budgets.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate employees; conduct regular store meetings.
• Ensure excellent customer service and safety standards are maintained.
• Coordinate merchandise flow and maintain store security and loss prevention.
