Qualifications

• Two years customer service experience, preferably in retail apparel management.
• Two years supervisory experience and merchandising skills.
• Must have insured vehicle for store-related travel and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Participates in developing plans to meet daily sales goals and increase sales per transaction and per square foot.
• Supervises employees, acts as manager on duty in absence of Store Manager and Assistant Manager I.
• Ensures friendly customer service and responds to management requests to help customers.
