Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years' experience in retail store management.
• 2 years' experience in a client services related capacity.

Responsibilities

• Instill an approachable, efficient sales and service focus on the floor to achieve sales goals.
• Connect with in-store clients and develop a loyal following to drive individual sales.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of apparel each season, including fit and use.
• Assist with product and visual merchandising to drive sales and a positive, easy-to-shop experience.
• Coordinate store events and CRM activities to reward repeat business.
• Be entrepreneurial in all aspects of retail from merchandising to sales generation.
• Provide mentorship to part-time and seasonal client associates.
