Job summary

Your responsibilities include instilling a focus on service, developing client relationships, and mentoring part-time and seasonal staff. A Bachelor’s degree in Business and experience in retail management are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field preferred.
• 1-3 years’ experience in retail store management.
• 2 years’ experience in a client services related capacity.

Responsibilities

• Instill an approachable and efficient sales focus to achieve sales goals.
• Connect with clients and develop a following of repeat clients.
• Maintain knowledge of seasonal apparel fit and fabric details.
• Assist in creating effective product merchandising to drive sales.
• Provide mentorship to part-time and seasonal client associates.
