Under Armour, Ocean City, MD is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead daily store operations, coach teammates, and drive sales results. This full-time, hourly position backs up the Assistant Store Manager, maintains merchandise standards, and helps build a high-performance culture where teammates thrive.

Responsibilities include analyzing daily sales trends, directing merchandising moves, enforcing loss prevention, and coordinating with store leadership on onboarding and training.

Formación

• At least 18 years old.
• High school degree or equivalent.
• 1 year experience in a retail environment.
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus.
• Available to work full time including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (hand-held and mobile devices).
• Strong communication skills.
• Can stand, lift, walk, bend and lift cartons up to 25 lbs/12 kg.
• Knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements.
• Advanced selling experience and industry understanding.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze daily sales trends and make real-time decisions.
• Direct merchandising moves to maximize presentation.
• Understand loss prevention standards and audit results.
• Lead or rotate ownership of Talent, Visuals, Operations areas.
• Provide customers with detailed product information.
• Communicate with teammates about accidents to store leadership.
• Set priorities, sales and KPI targets to achieve goals.
• Support onboarding and continuous training with store/regional teams.
