Qualifications

• At least 18 years old and high school degree or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn handheld/mobile technology.
• Knowledge of employment laws and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze daily sales trends to support real-time decisions.
• Review merchandise reports and direct merchandising moves.
• Monitor loss prevention standards and audit results.
• Lead areas such as Talent, Visuals, and Operations as needed.
• Provide customers with detailed product information and assist onboarding.
