Job summary

You will lead Talent, Visuals, and Operations initiatives, communicate priorities and KPIs to the sales team, and assist with onboarding and ongoing training. Strong communication and a year of retail experience are valued.

Qualifications

• Retail experience required; 1 year preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to work full time including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfort with technology and handheld devices.

• Analyze daily sales trends and inform real-time decisions.
• Direct merchandising moves to optimize presentation.
