You will back up the Assistant Store Manager and help create a high-performance culture where everyone thrives. The role requires at least 1 year of retail experience, a high school diploma, and full-time availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 18 years old or older
• High school degree or equivalent
• 1 year experience in a retail environment
• Basic English is a plus
• Willing to work full-time including evenings, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Analyze daily sales trends to make real-time business decisions
• Direct merchandising moves to maximize presentation
• Understand and monitor loss prevention standards and audit results
• Lead or rotate ownership of areas like Talent, Visuals, Operations
• Provide customers with detailed product information
• Communicate priorities and KPIs to sales teammates to achieve targets
• Support store and regional leadership during onboarding and training
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management
