You will analyze sales trends, manage merchandising, ensure loss prevention, and support onboarding with leadership. Strong communication, retail experience, and adaptability to technology are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and 1 year retail experience preferred.
• Knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements.
• Willingness to learn technology such as handheld devices and mobile tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze daily sales trends to inform real-time store decisions.
• Direct merchandising moves to maximize presentation and optimised stock.
• Monitor loss prevention standards and audit compliance.
• Lead or rotate ownership of areas like Talent, Visuals, and Operations.
• Provide customers with detailed information about products and features.
• Communicate priorities and KPI targets to sales teammates.
• Support onboarding and training with store and regional leadership.
