Job summary

ALDI Brand Richmond, TX is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support day-to-day store activities and supervise the team. You will help manage schedules, develop action plans, and identify training opportunities to grow the staff while upholding company standards.

Starting wage is $25.50 per hour with a wage increase to $26.50 in year two. The role requires at least 3 years in retail and prior management experience; HS diploma preferred. 38 hours per week, full-time.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive experience in a retail environment.
• Ability to supervise and develop staff, with strong communication.
• Comfort with inventory, cash handling, and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with supervising day-to-day store activities and performance.
