Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, respond to questions, engage with merchandise and provide outstanding customer service.
• Accurately perform cashier duties and process transactions with precision.
• Assist in merchandising, operations, sales and customer service.
• Partner with management to set and communicate store metrics and expectations.
• Train and develop staff to ensure they have the necessary skills.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain the sales floor by restocking, updating pricing and inventory tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
