Vans is seeking a part-time Supervisor to lead and coach the store team, ensuring an exceptional customer experience and strong store performance. You will work with the Store Manager to maximize sales, maintain brand standards, and foster an inclusive, high‑performing team.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high level of personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions.
• Support the store team in achieving and exceeding sales goals by monitoring progress against KPIs.
• Model selling behaviors and foster a consumer-centric mindset through authentic customer interactions.
• Coach and develop associates to deliver high levels of customer engagement and meet productivity goals.
• Supervise daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, floor coverage, and task delegation.
• Support stockroom operations by organizing inventory, processing shipments, and ensuring timely product flow to the sales floor.
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members; provide ongoing feedback and support.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product replenishment aligns with brand directives.
• Support inventory integrity through proper shipping, receiving, and loss prevention practices.
• Promote community engagement by participating in local initiatives and events.
• Uphold company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
