Job summary

HouseMart Enchanted Lakes in Kailua, HI is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run daily operations and drive sales growth. This full-time role supports the Store Manager in achieving budgeted goals and delivering excellent customer service in a family-oriented environment.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree or 3+ years supervisory experience, proficiency with MS Office, and strong communication skills. Flexible hours and team-oriented culture are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or related field or at least 3 years of related experience may be substituted.
• 2–3 years of retail and/or business supervisory experience preferred or a completion of a Manager Trainee Program.
• Working experience with MS Office, Google, internet and e-mail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in monitoring daily goals and monthly sales vs. budget.
• Support planning and controlling financial matters within budgeted limits.
• Greet customers and determine needs to upsell products and services.
• Recruit, train and develop staff to company expectations.
• Maintain inventory procedures and assist with annual store inventory.
