HouseMart Enchanted Lakes Ben Franklin Crafts in Kailua, HI is seeking a Supervisor to oversee daily store operations, coach staff on selling techniques, inventory best practices and product knowledge, and help drive sales and profit. This full-time role supports a positive family environment with strong community focus and employee engagement.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two or more years of retail or customer service experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to perform under pressure and maintain accuracy.
• Availability to work flexible hours.

Mansioni

• Oversee daily store functions in the absence of management.
• Maximize productivity to achieve sales.
• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate expectations to staff.
• Ensure products are received, stocked and merchandised.
• Motivate staff and promote teamwork to meet department and store goals.
• Ensure store operations comply with company policies.
• Monitor shrinkage and help achieve industry-standard targets.
