Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or 3+ years related supervisory experience.
• 2–3 years of retail and/or business supervisory experience preferred or completion of a Manager Trainee Program.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Google apps, internet and email.

Aufgaben

• Assist Store Manager in monitoring daily goals and monthly sales to meet or exceed budgeted targets.
• Support vision, mission, goals, objectives and core values.
• Plan and control financial matters within budgeted limits.
• Ensure adherence to company objectives, policies and procedures.
• Greet customers, determine needs, and offer appropriate service and products.
• Coach staff on selling techniques, inventory practices and product knowledge.
• Maintain perpetual inventory and assist with annual store counts.
• Perform duties as Sales Associate, Cashier or other roles as needed.
