You will supervise staff, manage inventory, uphold policies, and ensure profitable store performance while maintaining a strong community focus.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in retail or customer service, supervisory experience, and a high school diploma or equivalent. This is a full-time, on-site role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have at least a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Two or more years in retail or customer service environment.
• Supervisory experience preferred and a willingness to lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store functions in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager.
• Maximize productivity to achieve sales goals.
• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate expectations to staff.
• Ensure products and selling areas are stocked and merchandised correctly.
• Motivate staff and promote teamwork to reach department and store goals.
• Ensure store operates in line with company policies and procedures.
• Monitor shrinkage and strive to meet industry standards.
• Manage opening and closing procedures.
