Under Armour is seeking a Full-Time Store Supervisor in the McLean, VA area. You will coach teammates, support daily operations, and drive results while upholding merchandising standards to foster a high-performance culture.

The role requires at least 1 year of retail experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage daily duties with attention to loss prevention and guest service excellence.

Competenze

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school degree or equivalent required.
• 1 year of retail experience required.
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus.
• Available to work full-time hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (hand-held and mobile devices).
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Able to stand, lift, walk, bend and lift cartons up to 25 lbs/12 kg.
• Knowledge of employment laws and compliance at federal, state, and local level.
• Advanced selling experience and strong industry understanding.
