Job summary

Under Armour is seeking a full-time Store Supervisor in Williamsburg, VA. You will coach teammates, support daily operations, and drive results, backing up the Assistant Store Manager and upholding merchandise standards.

You will help create a high-performance culture where every teammate thrives and delivers strong customer service. You will analyze daily sales, manage merchandising actions, and ensure compliance with loss prevention and safety standards, while communicating priorities and KPIs

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and customer service mindset.
• 1 year experience in a retail environment.
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus.
• Willingness to learn technology such as handheld/mobile devices.
• Able to stand and lift cartons up to 25 lbs during shifts.
• Knowledge of employment laws including compliance with federal/state/local requirements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze daily sales trends to support real-time decisions.
• Direct merchandising moves to maximize presentation.
• Monitor loss prevention standards and audit results.
• Rotate ownership of areas like Talent, Visuals, Operations to gain cross-functional experience.
• Provide customers with detailed information about products.
