Under Armour, Inc. in Woodbridge, VA is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead daily operations, coach teammates, and uphold merchandising standards. This full-time, on-site role supports store leadership, drives results, and helps create a high-performance culture where all teammates thrive.

You will analyze daily sales trends, manage visual presentation, monitor loss prevention, and train staff. The position demands at least 1 year in retail, willingness to work evenings and weekends, and comfort

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience.
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus.
• Available to work full-time hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable with technology such as hand-held devices.
• Can stand, lift, and move cartons up to 25 lbs/12 kg during shifts.
• Knowledge of employment laws and compliance with federal/state/local requirements.
• Advanced selling experience and industry understanding.

Responsabilités

• Analyze daily sales trends to inform real-time decisions.
• Direct merchandising moves to maximize presentation.
• Monitor loss prevention standards and audits.
• Lead or rotate ownership of Talent, Visuals, Operations.
• Provide customers with detailed information about products.
• Communicate priorities and KPI targets to sales teammates.
• Support onboarding and training with store leadership.
